Malachi has caught our eye as an up and coming racer who isn’t afraid to twist the grip! He’s a very attentive listener, and he’s willing to try anything you throw at him.
Malachi Anschutz

Let's start with a brief background! Where are you from, how old are you, and when did you begin riding?
I am from Whitelaw Wisconsin. I am 9 years old and I began riding when I was 4.
Who got you into the sport?
My dad!
What is your favorite track?
Tigerton MX
You are old enough now that you are full time on a 65. How has the transition been to a clutch and the new KTM?
Holeshots are definitely more tricky, but I think they’re getting better! The KTM has a trickier powerband, but it makes me ride harder to stay in the power.
Who is your favorite pro rider?
Aaron Plessinger because he seem really nice.
You’ve done quite a few MLM schools over the past few years! What is your favorite part of the classes, and what is one of the main things Carter has taught you?
My favorite part is the moto at the end of the class. Carter has taught me that every time I make power on a straight away, I have to make power to wide open, even if it’s for a split second.
What are some things you want to improve upon this season?
I want to get better in rutty turns, and get better holeshots.
Aside from dirt bikes, it looks like you’re quite the skateboarder! How did you get into it? Do you think it helps you on the bike at all?
My dad got me into skateboarding as well. I think it can help with my balance on the bike.
Last but not least, who would you like to thank?
Mom and Dad, Anschutz Motorsports, Certified Auto, and Minor League Moto
